Happy iDay!
Ok, I know that officially yesterday was iDay… but I didn’t wait in line to get the allmighty iPhone. I went to the local AT&T store today and just walked in and got my 4Gig box of iPhone goodness.
Here is the box… full of all the wonderment that is the iPhone.
Ok, yea.. so what. I am what you would call an Apple “Fanboy”. I am just enamored by all things Apple, because of their aesthetic qualities, and their pure functionality. They just work.
Here is kind of a blurry shot of the home screen. So far I have had nothing but fun with the thing! The call quality is great! There are a couple of little issues that I hope will be worked out with future firmware upgrades.
- No “empty entire trash” in mail
- No flash in Safari browser
- No MMS messages
- Currently no custom ringtones
Other than that it is great. Well.. gonna go and see what this thing can do! Later!
